My work is all about supporting girls and women to uncover the layers of self inquiry.

To create a fun and safe space for sexual education, funky conversations and sharing tools to help girls and women feel a little bit more comfortable with the “uncomfortable”.

Our Approach

We focus on the gifts and talents of young people. We want to foster those strengths and incorporate them into everyday life, so that women and girls can have contributing social roles in society.

We work with women and girls who live with a disability as well as those who do not, because we are passionate about providing this support to everyone. Safe, inclusive and consent-based education around sex, development and intimacy is important for everyone regardless of disability. The right to feel safe and have our boundaries respected and is the same for everyone, it’s the needs of the individual that change.

Hi there, I’m Jazz.

I’m Jasmin Slattery, Mentor, First Moon Circle Facilitator and Developmental Educator.

I believe it is really about seeing the person as a whole. And that's who I see.

Most importantly, I connect with you. Then, I connect with the important people in your life, together we create the goals that you have for yourself. And I am the person who's in your corner all the time, cheering you on.

How you work with me is really dependent on how you see yourself, then together we co-author a vision for your life and give you the tools to achieve that vision.

Our Why

Before expanding my services this project was named ‘The Alice Green Project’ in loving memory of Alice Green, who was a beautiful friend.

Alice passed away at the age of 27 due to a neurological and degenerative condition, Spastic Paraplegia Gene 11 (SPG11). Alice also lived with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Alice was a vibrant young woman with infectious enthusiasm for life. Her strength, courage and passion were seen by all the lives she touched. She lived her life every day to the fullest and reminds us to always do the same.

It was Alice’s impact on my life, that encouraged me to embark on a career in Disability Developmental Education and mentoring girls and women.

The power of Alice

Alice Green, was an incredible, courageous, hilarious, fearless, determined and exceptional human being.
She changed my life when I was just 22 years old.

Alice only lived 27 years on this earth, but they were bloody powerful. Alice is the inspiration behind the birth of THE ALICE GREEN PROJECT.

She encapsulated everything it is to be a young woman trying to understand herself beyond her disabilities.
A teacher of many things: Strength, love, kindness, courage, sexual expression, perspective, intimacy, loving yourself unconditionally and being your authentic self!

Alice always was, and will continue to be the vehicle behind my passion for change!
Change to support ALL girls & women. Regardless of disability.
To claim their power and feel free to express themselves in ways that make sense to THEM.
